This industrial project is located in NASSCO and involved the design and construction of a custom designed structurally reinforced 100,000SF concrete working table. This table was constructed in an area of the shipyard previously occupied by various old buildings. The working table was custom designed to NASSCO's needs. The design features included crane rail and a stainless steel covered slot for an electrical cable for a new overhead crane, storm drainage and the provision of mechanical and electrical utilities to each working table. This included 2 new large electrical substations. This project was completed on schedule and on budget.
